Canaan Elementary School: Parents of children who will be 5 years of age on or before September 30, 2026 are requested to contact Canaan Elementary School to register their child.

Required Paperwork

• Birth Certificate
• Most Recent Immunization and Physical

Proof of Residency (RSA 193:12)
Must provide two (2) of the following:

• NH Driver’s License / Non-Driver ID
• Deed or Lease
• Homeowner’s / Renter’s Insurance
• Utility Bill
• Voter Registration
• Court Order

If you do not have proof of residency, you may submit a signed residency affidavit if living with a relative or friend.

If Applicable

• Parenting Plan
• Guardianship / Court Documentation

Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before September 30th.

Once your online form and documentation are submitted, you will be contacted by school personnel to complete the process and set up a meeting. If you are unable to submit documentation online, you may bring it to the school office. All paperwork must be submitted before enrollment can be completed.
