Community Use - Brightly Registration Instructions:


Brightly (COMMUNITY) Booking Link

Schooldude community 1 1. Click on the link above, Register and Confirm with your email.

2. Log in and hover over the left menu.

3. Click on My Profile

4. Click on My Organizations



5. Click on:Create Organization

6. Fill out the form (have your insurance information ready to upload)
                         


7. Wait for approval and book your event
(can take up to 24 business hours)

**Notes**

- All community event requests will be processed no earlier than 4 months before event date.
- Community use of auditorium is restricted to the Crestron system
(two hand mics and projector use).

Additional technology use (theatre lights, wireless sound, live stream) requires charged Audio Visual services.
